One of my favorite self-care acts is reading! I love snuggling up first thing in the morning or the last thing at night, and reading a couple chapters of a great self improvement or self love book. Today I'm sharing some of my forever favs:
Home Body by Rupi Kaur: If you know me you know I love Rupi. I feel like she's the poet of our generation. And I love the way she talks about learning to love her body.
The 5 Love Languages: One of my all time favorite books of all time... I highly recommend. I also love the Five Language of Apology.
The E Myth Revisited: Great for small business owners and entrepreneurs! I read this early on in my business and it was really formative!
The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work: Recommended by my therapist (thanks Karen!) It's one my husband and I both found really beneficial. Centered around safe and productive communication.
